Courses and registration

Published courses usually run for 12 weeks. The course page shows its start date, class days, times, and length. Register all learners in one order under one verified contact email. A registration is confirmed when the first payment succeeds; we send a confirmation to that email. For a learner under 14, a parent or guardian must consent.

Price and payment

The checkout review shows the final price for your complete order before you pay. The current standard course price is €240 per learner for three months (€80 per month). Every third learner in the same order is free under the displayed family promotion. You may pay in full or choose three monthly card payments; Stripe attempts the later payments automatically. A failed installment remains due, and we will contact you about resolving it. Card details are entered with Stripe, not Melo Academy.

Cancellation and refunds

Contact support@meloacademy.com if you want to cancel a learner. Our additional group-refund policy applies when the request is received before the start of that learner's second scheduled class. The refundable amount is calculated for the entire order, including the family promotion and payments already collected; for a monthly plan, remaining installments may also be reduced or canceled. We confirm the calculation and process any refund to the original payment method through Stripe. Your statutory rights are not limited by this policy.

Statutory right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer and a statutory withdrawal right applies, you may withdraw within 14 days after concluding the contract without giving a reason. Tell us clearly by email or post at the contact details above before the deadline. We will refund payments due under the withdrawal rules without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your notice, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Statutory rules on services already supplied at your express request remain applicable.

Optional model notice: “I hereby withdraw from my contract for [course/order reference], ordered on [date], name and address, date.” You may send this by email; no particular wording is required.
